You will be able to get to us without difficulties, since Lefkas is the only island in Greece that you can drive to, without having to use sea transport<\/strong><\/em> (ferry boat). Apart from the floating bridge that connects our island with the mainland, access to us is being facilitated by Aktion immersed tunnel, as well as Rion-Antirion bridge. Furthermore, through Egnatia and the under construction Ionian highways the road journey to our area is not only fast, but safe too! The route from Athens is 380 kilometers and requires about 4:30 hours driving. If you are coming from Thessaloniki, you will need to go through 420 kilometes, driving for about 4 hours. The distance between beautiful Lefkas and Igoumenitsa port is 120 kilometers, or just an hour and a half of driving. Aktion airport operates 20 kilometers away from our island (distance you can cover by taxi or bus) and connects our area with various cities of Greece (Athens, Thessaloniki, Corfu, Kefallonia, Zakinthos, Crete) as well as abroad (United Kingdom, France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, etc). Lastly, you can reach Hotel Arion by sea, since neighboring Nidri’s port is being used to connect us by sea, with the islands of Ithaka and Kefallonia.<\/p>\n
